In this episode of The Hidden Hustle, Joe Laxton and Megan Corson break down why so many people struggle to get lasting results in health and fitness, even when they’re doing “everything right.” Drawing from decades of combined experience, they explain how generic diets, workout plans, and supplements often fail because they ignore individual biology.
The conversation explores The BioCode Method and its core framework: test, tailor, train, transform showing how DNA testing, methylation analysis, cellular nutrition testing, and food sensitivity testing remove guesswork from coaching. Joe and Megan explain how these tools uncover hidden roadblocks related to recovery, nutrition, inflammation, stress response, and supplementation, allowing programs to be built around the individual instead of trends.
This episode is for anyone frustrated by stalled progress, conflicting health advice, or repeated trial-and-error. It offers a clear look at how personalized, data-driven coaching creates sustainable transformation by aligning training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle with your unique genetic blueprint.

Welcome back to the Hidden Hustle. Today we are interviewing Joe Laxton and Megan Corson. Combined industry experience of probably over 20, 30 years. Yeah. And uh today we're talking about biocode and everything that um involves you know what it is to have a um complete life transformation. Um and yeah, so we'll just kind of lead into it. Uh if you guys want to introduce yourself, we'll start with Megan. Joe's already been on the podcast once before. But yeah, tell us about your uh background in the fitness industry and you know how you came to where we are today.
SPEAKER_00:Oh gosh. So I have now been, I actually went to college for exercise science health promotion. And I just had like a life-changing experience working at a gym when I was in college. And I just I I ate it all up. And so I just wanted to learn more and more and more. I do have like ADHD, so when I find a subject that I'm interested in, I really like to like deep dive and hyper focus in on it. And at first it was just like working out. Um, then from working out, it was like nutrition, and it's always kind of a nutrition after that because the older you get, the more you kind of have to tweak different things and the trends that come up. Like it's our job to stay on top of it. Um, but then I got into corrective exercise. So I have done every faucet. I have done group fitness classes, I've worked in a hospital wellness center, cardiac rehab, I've done um a small gym personal training. I had an overhead training studio for six years, and then I started kind of dabbling in on the online coaching world as well as still personal training. But when I say, you know how people know what you're born for, like you know your purpose. Mine has always been I I want to help people, and it just, I mean, it really does fulfill my soul.
SPEAKER_01:Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. Joe, you want to dig a little deeper on uh your experience?
SPEAKER_02:Yeah, so I um I did not go to school, no exercise, science background, nothing like that. I actually out of college, I went into financial planning of all things. I did that for 14 years, but during that process, uh fell in love with the gym world itself. Um, I always was just fascinated more on the bodybuilding side. I think a lot of men are that way. And I found I slowly got results over time, always read about it, always studied it late at night when I probably should have been worrying about financial planning. I was studying nutrition, diet, how to big, you know, bigger biceps, all that type of stuff. And uh, you know, as time went on, um, I actually uh got out of that business, uh, purchased a gym myself. I was just always fascinated with it. It was just something that was always on my mind. Uh started getting into um competitive bodybuilding. And it just I opened up a training slot for just a few people, and these people needed to lose weight. You know, I figured I'd probably find some people that were more like me that just kind of wanted to build some muscle, probably a little bit of vanity on that, uh, definitely guilty as charged there. But I seen how it changed people's lives. I helped three people go out and lose some weight, get a lot more confidence. I seen a bunch of them. One went out and started a new business, uh, just with a lot of extra confidence that they were able to gain. And I noticed, you know, like Megan said, you know, when you find out what you're supposed to do, I really did. I mean, I I I really enjoy helping people. And one of the things with diet, nutrition, fitness, these are things that you can control. You know, a lot of things out there you can't control. You can control 100% of this business for the most part. I mean, everything that you, you know, it's not like somebody magically put something down your face to eat. You know, it's no, you chose to do it or not. So I like the fact that you could take full ownership in every decision you make, and then by by controlling what people can do, it changed so many other areas of their lives. You know, it wasn't just all of a sudden they lost weight, yeah, they got you know the bigger biceps or whatever, but then all of a sudden their lives got better because of the confidence, the discipline, you know, the dedication it took to do that. So I yeah, so I just I just launched with it and I um started helping out clients, um, you know, kept kept competing, but most of my clients were more kind of lifestyle clients, not the bodybuilding clients. I mean, um I was able to help a lot of bodybuilding clients, but um I mean, as of now, I've helped 34 people lose over 100 pounds, and I'm probably another month or two away from helping a 35th guy uh lose over 100 pounds. And it's that's helping people get off medication, that's giving them, you know, just a different outlook on life. And most of them have gone on and helped relatives and loved ones, and it it's it can kind of create a snowball effect by doing that. And and I just I just knew that this was exactly what I was designed to do because it just the just the outcomes that are able to be presented to people and those and those results um can really truly change people people's lives.
SPEAKER_01:From your perspective, why do you think people struggle even when they're trying hard to get results? Megan, what do you say?
SPEAKER_00:Um honestly, I when I I feel like sometimes their approach, everybody wants to look at it like they're doing it from a place of punishing themselves, I feel like when that starts to happen. Like you focus in on like the nitty-gritty or something, and then all of a sudden it's like your mindset just kind of shifts. And I just notice like every time that you intrinsically do it, but you're not doing it as a punishment. There's something about it that just I feel like almost like makes you feel powerful and encouraged. And yes, we are all gonna have slumps along the way. Like nobody, everybody plateaus, like at some point, right? But that is why when we say find your why, and it's not just like, oh, my why of like, I mean, if your why is deep, you will like motivate and encourage yourself. Or if you don't, you have a great coach who's there to hold you accountable or to make the little tweaks. Yeah. Because it is, I mean, your body just gets used to all certain ex opponents, you know. So if it like you're just eating the exact like, yes, you're gonna kind of stall out on a way you you're gonna stall out on your success. Um, so you just have to have like little tweaks. But most of it people give up too soon. And I will say this over and over do not just pay attention to the scale because I see so many people sabotage themselves thinking it's not working, but if they were actually doing their measurements and they were doing like their body fat, they would see if they just stuck with it that success was right around the corner, but they gave up too soon.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah. I would say defining what success is, lack of knowledge and wrong knowledge. Lack of defining what success is. There was uh there was a gal that she was struggling. Um actually she was doing great, but but in her mind she was struggling. You know, she only lost X amount of pounds over so many months. And because that goes back down to the scale, but it was okay, you know, she went to the gym four or five days a week, she changed her eating habits, she started, you know, getting her steps in. But her definition of success was she didn't lose the 20 pounds, it was only 12. You know, and it's no, no, no, you just forgot everything that you just got done doing. You changed your habits, you're moving, you're doing this. So a lot of people, I think they have a very skewed view of what success is. But I mean ultimately I would say there's just so much information out there, and most of it I would I would die on this hill. Most of us just false. You know, or they're following false information.
SPEAKER_00:But to be true, at that point, though, you could be overtraining. And so that's where like it is amazing with biocode and knowing your DNA, because now we can actually hit some of those roadblocks from knowing what your DNA, what your blood work methylation all entails.
SPEAKER_01:Right. Yeah. So on that point, so what makes generic diets and macros, workout plans, supplements, what makes those things fall short for most people?
SPEAKER_00:We're all different.
SPEAKER_01:We are all different.
SPEAKER_00:So what works for you is gonna work different for you is gonna work different for me. Like it's not that's why the older I get, so and I think you can agree with this, the longer you've been in this industry, the more you learn, and then the more you realize you do not know. Like it's sometimes even more confusing. But this actually dials things in. So if I'm coaching you and I have like I look at like your test results from your blood or whatever your cheek swab, depending on what test that we looked at, that can give me like the blueprint that I do feel confident, and I know Joe's confident, that we kind of feel like then good luck beating us on programming somebody else. Right. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. Truly customizable.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Why do you think that uh DNA, cellular testing, why do you think that that's a missing piece in traditional coaching?
SPEAKER_02:A lot of coaches aren't gonna offer it because they don't understand it. So when we don't understand something, we just avoid it most of the time. And because I because I have spoken to several coaches and they just seem like, oh, that just seems like it's too far over my head. You know, or that, you know, so if they perceive it as something that's gonna be complicated, therefore they're gonna basically try and avoid for the most part. And I took coaching from a completely different standpoint. Like I look at it like if there's something that I can give a better value to my clients, well then I better learn it. You know, so this, you know, this topic of DNA, I did a DNA test quite a few years ago, and it confirmed a lot of things that took me 20 years to figure out. You know, it's like we all say, if I knew then what I know now, life would be different, which is very, very true. Um, man, I wish I could go back 20 years ago and take that DNA test. You know, all the frustrations and all the problems that I would have solved so much earlier. Uh, where before, you know, back in my day, it was, you know, there wasn't the Instagram, there wasn't the YouTube, it was you had to go read magazines and books and all this different stuff, and I'd go camp out at Barnes and Noble and read what the so-called bodybuilder did. Or, you know, I mean, you look at every book out there, there's, I mean, I don't know, there's fifty different books at Barnes and Noble right now on fasting. Well, how many books need to be written on how not to eat? Don't eat. And here's version, you know, so th there's all these books, and you know, and there's all this information out there, and people keep thinking the next thing is gonna be the next success story for me. And I hear this all the time, and I've said this. Um, people say, Joe, I've tried everything. I've tried everything and nothing works. And I would say, one thing you haven't tried yet is listening to your DNA. You haven't listened to your genetics yet.
SPEAKER_01:So, how does biocode then remove that guesswork that most people experience in you know health and fitness?
SPEAKER_00:Well, if you've ever heard the saying, don't guess it, test it. So there's nothing to guess anymore because your DNA is your DNA and it's not gonna change, right? Um, you know, as far as the other tests with like methylation with cellular nutrition, that is deep diving in your cell, looking at what is going on. The cool thing about that, you know, the DNA is the DNA, so that gives you like a pretty good roadmap. The other two tests that could be like environmental, you know, like your habits of what you're doing. Um, you know, even in and it might not even be like the habit of it, you could be, you know, like we you've looked at one cellular nutrition test, and we you saw even from there she didn't have a certain branch amino that she's not gonna put on muscle, you know. So this is just all knowledge to know, and then you can supplement for that.
SPEAKER_01:Right. Yeah. So what exactly does biocode offer and what are exactly do those tests bring that people are missing? So, like for example, um like the biocode foundations, it's the DNA test. Break down for me like what's in the DNA test that helps you give them a more custom plan.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah, so if you look at it from the beginning, our protocol would be test, tailor, train, transform, literally in that order. Most people, it's just completely guess, or if you look at most coaches, and I've been totally guilty of this in the past. This is my style, so this is what we're gonna do. Versus saying what is it that the client wants, and not only what they want, what is their genetic protocol for them to follow. That's where the test comes in. I can't tell somebody what to do unless we run a test, truly. Otherwise, if if I do, it is truly guessing. So we test them first, then we can tailor something that is going to be specific to the test that we just ran. Then they go run that tailored program, which is now go train the way that your genetics are designed to do, and then clearly that's where transformation comes in. Right. It's it's going to be an exact science. There's no possible way it can't work because it is specifically designed for their genetic code. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Well, and when you look at it, the test is not just going to show us how to program for you, or like with your coach, how to program the best program for you as far as muscle recovery, how many days you should be working out, how intense you should be working out, but it's also going to show you with nutrition, some people do better off of higher carbs, some people do better off of higher fats. You know, some people might have they might be have a glucose sensitivity, they might be more lactose intolerant. You know, these are all things as a coach, when you look at their blueprint, you can design a program that they are going to have success. And then if they do have roadblocks, you can kind of navigate and tweak things along the way. But this is the best source to look at and be like, hmm, I know what your body wants and is kind of basically telling me.
SPEAKER_02:So yeah. A lot of coaches fall into the emotional attachment to a specific style. It's almost like a like a political topic at this point. Right. Keto, carnivore, zone, Mediterranean, you know, whatever you name it, the the specific diet, it's people will argue about it. You know, and it is, it's, it's, it's, they have an emotional attachment to a specific style. Right. Where when you take your DNA and someone says, Well, I've tried keto, I've tried carnivore, I've tried vegan, I've tried really high carb, and all of a sudden their DNA report comes back and it says, Well, your body has great ability to utilize protein, it has great ability to utilize carbohydrates, but it has a hindered ability to utilize fats. It's almost like a world view collides almost, and they sit there and they're like, Yeah, but there's no way. Well, there's an emotional attachment to a specific form of diet where this is what your DNA says. Yes, that person does need to eat more protein, eat more carbohydrates, and drop their fat, and that will work for them because it's just science.
SPEAKER_00:You know what cracks me up. I do have to add this really fast. Even with that DNA test, it will show you your client's likely adherence. You know, so if they're more likely or less likely. So even as a coach, I'm like, hmm, I know what your DNA says as far as like, and that helps me with my coaching style a little bit more. Like, I might need to like check in, you know, encourage them a little bit more, or this person, like, mm, you know.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah. She's talking about intrinsic motivation.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_02:You know, that's a DNA thing. You know, some people kind of, you know, blow in the wind, you know, and other people are so locked on, and people wonder why is that? Well, that's a DNA thing. So as a coach, yeah, we can look at it and say, what's the best way to approach this client? So it just it just takes so many tools that we never had prior to this. Oh, yeah. That, yes, we've both had some big success in what I would call my previous life prior to understanding this. Yeah. And yeah, I I had a lot of success with clients, but I could have been so much better if I would have had this.
SPEAKER_01:Right. Yeah. So then a step up from this in the advanced, the biocode advanced package, it offers the cellular nutrition testing, the methylation testing, and then the custom supplement consult.
SPEAKER_02:So how are those things different from the DNA tests, and what extra value do they get from those other So when you start diving into methylation, that is a very, very deep dive deep into your DNA. And it's more of like almost like a crime scene, right? Like, you know, you could have a helicopter shining around and kind of well, the methylation is kind of like, okay, let's start knocking on some doors and let's start interrogating some people, you know, and start, you know, gathering some evidence. Uh that is, I mean, you can dive into uh estrogen detoxification, uh, why people have sometimes hard times sleeping at night, you know, what protocol can now best fit to fix some problems that people usually have, right? Those are usually, those are the problem solvers. Um, you know, where is it that you know they're you know they're having a hard time putting on muscle? Okay, well, yeah, you're low in a you know, in your branch chain amino acids, okay, so we have to be able to do this. Uh maybe uh that's gonna be a big supplement protocol, or how can we look at it from a diet standpoint? Like one of the things that we really want to do is not just start pushing supplements. Like that's something in our foundation is how can we look at food first? You know, everything right now comes down to, oh, well, I'm low on magnesium, I guess I just got to pop some magnesium. Well, okay, well, what foods are gonna be better choices that's gonna be high in magnesium to support your methylation pathways, so then we can identify it from food first, and then anything up and above that, then let's start supplementing. People right now are supplementing just a supplement. And right, let's supplement for what we're deficient in, not necessarily just because you know we heard it was good for us. Right.
SPEAKER_00:The thing I have to say with the methylation test, when I got the results back, at first I mean, I'm new to this, so I'm kind of like learning and I'm diving into the knowledge part of it, but it broke down my personality. I mean, like it was because I have like an MTHFR um variant, and then I also have a C O M T. But like when I started going through and looking at that, I'm like, oh my gosh, like I know I have like ADHD, but like when I I can get stressed really easily, um, it shows in there like I don't detoxify caffeine very well or stimulants. And so it makes it even more I'm like more excited to be like, okay, I should do these certain tweaks, and then I'm gonna be more productive and I'm going to have less anxiety. So it's kind of like a factor of like that as well. So, you know, as being the coach, like, yes, we know what all this, and and I mean, we can go really deep and diving into what that methylation rate like test came back with. I mean, you can learn how to like program exactly for somebody, honestly, a lot of the times from the information that you've learned with that, too. You know, so learning how to even with what they should do for their fitness program. But the amazing thing is is with the DNA test, that's your DNA. With methylation, habits really come into play. So even though you have certain variants, it doesn't mean like that's a bad thing. It just means now it gives you the knowledge that if it's something you know maybe how to, like, as he said, supplement and the supplementation will help so much.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. Yeah. So then the cellular nutrient test, break that down for me, because that's also a part of the Yeah.
SPEAKER_02:So you've got, I mean, most people don't know the difference between vitamins, minerals, and nutrients and amino acids. You know, we just, you know, say these words out there, and now we can look at it and say, because pe people used to ask me this all the time, Joe, what should I supplement with? And my answer used to be, like what most coaches would say, what I would have to say. Well, unless you live on the equator, you're probably low on vitamin D. Uh magnesium is supposed to be good for you. Um, you know, take a fish oil and you know, whatever else, right? Uh get a good high potency multivitamin. Well, what does that mean? I mean, what's a high potency multivitamin even mean? Right? So now I can ethically, my response has to be, I don't know. What are you deficient in? And then they respond with, I don't know. And then my response is, well, here we are.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_02:Let's just test for it and find out. You know, why spend money on something that you either may or may not need, may not even be beneficial. So now I can yeah, yeah, now now we can just run the test. You know, it's I mean, every every business is like This. I want to go on vacation. Okay, well, where? You know, I mean, if I, you know, if I'm a travel agent, I just here, I book you a trip to Alaska. I don't want to go to the cold. You know, so it's you know, it's that same thing. I mean, especially in the new, you know, in the fitness diet, you know, nutrition business, it's it's these are these are compounds that we're ingesting. You know, it's it's these are compounds that are going to effectively change the path of our life in our reality. And I don't think most people really truly understand that or even really believe that, but it is true.
SPEAKER_00:I mean you find out what you're deficient in. You find out how to supplement that, think of how much better you're going to feel. You know, a lot of people's ailments and aches and pains is from being deficient in maybe a certain vitamin.
SPEAKER_02:Yep, yep. And then, okay, yeah, but I take this brand because it's a it's a reputable brand. Okay, but is that the right form? You know, not to dive into the, you know, not to dive into total weeds, but again, just to kind of give some clarity on this. I mean, there's multiple, multiple types of B12.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_02:You know, if you take the wrong one, congratulations, now you have insomnia. Right? It's, you know, so it's it's important. I mean, uh, again, a simple thing like B12. These tests can identify which is the best form. Right.
SPEAKER_00:I love how you explain. Make sure that you explain with the antioxidant on the cell, because I love that.
SPEAKER_02:So then there's something called a redox score, because everything out there today talks about oxidative stress, free radical scavengers, all these all these buzzwords that we say. Most people don't know what oxidative stress is. You know, oxidation, rust, vehicles, imagine what it's doing to your body. So this will actually take a take your cells and figure out what are known antioxidants and anti-inflammatories, test it to your cells and determine whether or not it's beneficial or protective. So, my own personal story. Um, in you know, years and years of bodybuilding lifting weights, I would build up tendinitis in my elbows.
SPEAKER_01:Right.
SPEAKER_02:And you go Google this or go talk to anybody. Oh, well, turmeric is supposed to be good for that. Great, I'll start popping some turmeric pills. I go run my redox score. Not only does turmeric not act as an anti-inflammatory for me, so one, I was I was taking it, and which will dive into the next test, a uh food sensitivity test, it was actually inflammatory for me.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_02:So I would take more, elbows would get worse. Wow. Well, clearly, what do I need to do? Well, take more, Joe, because maybe I'm just not taking enough turmeric.
SPEAKER_00:So your supplement was making you worse.
SPEAKER_02:So my supplement was making it worse. So not only was it not benefiting me, it has potential harm. Right. So again, I mean, I I sit here and ask this question and pose this question. Why would somebody take something if it's not beneficial and potentially harmful when there is technology and a test out there that can just provide those answers? Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:So a part of the biocode method and the advanced package, the cellular nutrient test and the methylation test will give you the results you need for the custom supplement that X Factor Labs can provide you to complete your deficiencies.
SPEAKER_00:It's like created for you with your antioxidants thrown in and then they ship to your house. It doesn't get any simpler.
SPEAKER_02:So that you know, so that comes down to that test, tailor, train, transform, run a test, see what the test says, understand the test, run the results that the tests show, get it fully, truly customized. You know, I you know, for years and years I used to tell people I run customized plans. But for years and years, if somebody were to ask me, Joe, should I take turmeric, I would say yes. Because it's beneficial to people, right? So you know, so when somebody says what type of supplements should I take, well, if their name is Joe, I would say Joe, I would take Joe's pack, the one designed for Joe. You know, and if your name is Tim, don't take Joe's pack. Take Tim's pack that is customized to Tim. Megan, you should take Megan's pack because Megan, you are Megan and you are not Joe. You know, I mean, we laugh at that, but as silly as that is, that's what every American is doing right now.
SPEAKER_00:And honestly, just invest in your like invest in yourself.
SPEAKER_02:Invest in yourself.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. It's it's your health. There's nothing you will notice there's nothing that matters in the world when your health is truly affected, right? And that's you would take being healthy over anything else. You know, over a million, if you're in pain, you would take you being healthy over being in pain, right? Over a million dollars. I would.
SPEAKER_02:My nine-year-old has a brand new iPhone.
SPEAKER_01:People spend money on all sorts of stuff. Right. Yeah. Yeah. So let's move now into like the the highest tier, the unlocked tier. Talk tell me about food sensitivity and how that's different from everything else that we've just covered with cellular testing, methylation and DNA.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah, food sensitivity was a big eye-opener for me. Uh, there were there were certain foods that, again, are supposed to be good, and they are for some people. And and we're not talking about, you know, oh, protein is protein. Yes, protein is protein, but the way our body responds to certain ingredients, foods, chemicals, uh, medications that are actually tested on that can also be proved inflammatory. We can create a sensitivity to certain foods. Now, this is not a not to be confused with an allergy test. You know, it if it's an allergy, if I eat a peanut and my lip, you know, swells up, that's an allergy, right? Or my eye swells up or something. Whereas sensitivity is slowly deteriorating our health because we're not getting an immediate reaction, so we don't even know it. So then we're having this chronic inflammation throughout our body. Chronic inflammation through our body is gonna be future diseases, illnesses, sicknesses, and that and that elevated chronic inflammation is pulling all those nutrients, like our antioxidants, glutathione, all these things that are out there that we hear about, it's pulling those nutrients. So it's depleting our nutrients because we're inflamed, because we keep eating foods that we don't know that we're sensitive to.
SPEAKER_00:Well, and the nice thing with this Alcat test, there's different like food sensitivity tests. Some tests like your hair, some like a finger prick. This is, I mean, you're doing different blood vials that is going in and being tested with your white blood cells. So it is like a medical grade, like a very, very in-depth, thorough, really good one. And depending on, you know, which package you could do 250 food sensitivities and chemicals, or it's 370. And it doesn't mean that if you find out that something is causing inflammation right now, it doesn't mean that you can never have it. You know, it will be categorized in different categories. So, like red is probably like you need to kind of stay away, yep, avoid green. You know, you might just need to take them out for a little bit and then you can reintroduce. Um, but inflammation in like gut health really affects, I mean, it affects your energy, how you think, how you lose weight if you're bloated. Um, inflammation, it affects so much. So once you get that, that can um really stop a lot of people's, you know, when they hit roadblocks or something and they're not feeling good or they're bloated. Um, this is a way with coaching that we can kind of really plug and play and see, like, uh, this is why you have been feeling that way, or we need to stay away from this. But maybe just for six months, you know, and then we'll reintroduce. So again, knowledge is power. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah. Sensitivities are kind of the end-all when especially even even functional med doctors, doctors, uh, people are running around non-diagnosed with things like SIBO. I I actually had a client, she told me she had SIBO, and I said, Well, were you diagnosed? She goes, Well, no, but it's kind of what they just eliminated everything else to. Well, she did a food sensitivity test, followed everything on there, and again, she has no symptoms now of SIBO. I don't think she ever, I mean, again, I don't think she ever had it. It was just kind of like a default mechanism that I think, you know, we don't know what's wrong with you, so you probably have SIBO.
SPEAKER_01:Right. Yeah. So we've covered a lot today. Um, who would you say this is for and how they can get started with this?
SPEAKER_02:So I would say this is really for the frustrated person. They've tried a bunch of things, nothing seems to work. They're scrolling Instagram, they're scrolling Facebook, they look at their friends, they look at their neighbor who got success, and for whatever reason, things just seem difficult for them. Well, they don't have the answers. Well, go get the answers. I mean, this is really for the frustrated person that wants to answer that question of how healthy do you want to be? I mean, it it I mean, it is as simple as that. Answer that question of how healthy do you really want to be. Run a test so that a certified coach can tailor it for you so that you can go run that plan and actually train. And again, go get that transformation that you really do deserve that is out there for you because you've tried everything other than just listening to your genetics. You've tried it all, but you haven't tried this.
unknown:Right.
SPEAKER_00:Biocode is for absolutely everybody. You know, many people, this isn't going to be the first thing that they try. So if you have a new client or you're sitting there and you have a pain point and you are just frustrated and want to get healthy, all what the this test does is your coach is coaching you because they want to make a change because that is that fulfills not only the coach, but we love to see people succeed, right? So now we're testing and it gives them all the tools to help you become successful. So um, you know, the coaches were here, you know, with a vast amount of knowledge. Your coach is going to be your prime person and they want you to succeed. We want you to succeed. And so test, tailor, train, and honestly get real transformation that you can utilize for your life and keep going. There's nothing more important than somebody's health. And it's not just for somebody who needs to like lose weight or they want to focus on their fitness goals. It's for their parents, you know. At the end of the day, life is about you know, love, sharing it with your family, and you want to be around, right? You so if you've ever lost a loved one, what would you give to have some more years with them? Or if you, you know, like it's your parent, you you want them around for a long time. So there's nothing more important than health. And so as a coach and the coaches that we have at Biocode, we want everyone to succeed in this formula, the test, the tailor, the train, you do those things, you are going to transform and you're gonna have a great community to do it amongst.
